Stretch marks reflect structural changes in the skin. Treatment focuses on supporting collagen, texture, and skin quality rather than complete removal.
At Forever You, treatments are selected individually. Results develop gradually, with emphasis on skin integrity and realistic outcomes.
RF microneedling improves stretch marks by stimulating collagen and elastin production deep within the dermis. The controlled micro-needling combined with radiofrequency energy activates fibroblasts, strengthens weakened skin structure, and improves texture and density. This treatment is particularly effective for softening the depth and appearance of stretch marks while improving overall skin resilience and firmness over time.
HIFU targets deeper structural layers of the skin to support tightening and collagen regeneration at controlled depths. For stretch marks, HIFU helps improve skin firmness and elasticity by stimulating collagen remodelling without damaging the skin surface. This deep-layer support enhances skin strength and contributes to a smoother, more toned appearance in affected areas.
Plasma Fibroblast treatment works on the skin’s surface by creating controlled plasma points that tighten and renew the epidermis. It promotes immediate skin contraction and long-term collagen remodelling, helping to improve skin texture and reduce laxity around stretch marks. This surface-level renewal enhances smoothness and refines the appearance of the treated area.
When RF microneedling, HIFU, and Plasma Fibroblast are combined, stretch marks are treated at multiple skin depths for optimal results. RF microneedling rebuilds collagen from within, HIFU strengthens deeper support structures, and Plasma Fibroblast refines the surface. This layered approach delivers more comprehensive improvement, resulting in smoother, firmer, and healthier-looking skin with progressive, natural-looking outcomes.
In the 2-3 days prior to stretch marks treatment, keep the skin well hydrated and free from irritation. Avoid sun exposure, self-tanning products, chemical peels, microneedling, laser, retinoids, exfoliating acids, and any treatments that compromise the skin barrier. Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or recent aesthetic procedures to ensure the treatment plan is safe and appropriately tailored.
Redness, warmth, swelling, or mild tenderness in the treated area is normal and may last several days, depending on the treatment combination used. If plasma fibroblast is included, small crusts may form and typically resolve within 5–10 days—do not pick or disturb them. Avoid heat, sweating, friction, swimming, and sun exposure during the healing period. Use only practitioner-recommended hydrating and barrier-repair products, and apply broad-spectrum SPF once the skin has healed.
Improvement in stretch marks occurs gradually as collagen remodeling continues over 4–6 months. Results depend on skin type, stretch mark maturity, hormonal factors, and adherence to aftercare. Once healing is complete, ongoing use of hydrating, vitamin-rich, and peptide-based skincare supports collagen maturation and skin strength. A series of treatments and supportive home care may be recommended to achieve optimal, long-lasting results.
